The company has always been keen to stay at the leading edge in this profession and an example of this was lead involvement in the development and management of major retail malls in the main centres throughout New Zealand. In recent years the company business and ownership has been transformed into separate business entities that meet more effectively the demands of a dynamic and increasingly specialised property market. Having been Director of Sales for H G Livingstone Limited for many years until 2003, David Rankin identified the potential to further separately develop the residential and tourism activities of the business. Today as Livingstone First National Limited, David and his team continue the traditions of competence, independence, integrity and reliability pioneered by the Livingstone family.
